The Perthfur Gathering (or PFG) is Perth's largest furry event. It's designed to give furries (as well as furry-friendlies) the opportunity to meet and interact with eachother in an open, roomy venue. The gathering is open to all furries, and we'd love to see more out-of-town and interstate attendees! There is no age restriction and BYO alcohol is okay.
 
Entry is $10, which covers the hire of the hall, food, plus a couple of exciting extras. Pay at the front desk. There's no need to RSVP, but if you do, you'll get a printed con-badge with the name (and, if you choose, a picture) of your fursona. How cool is that?

One of the great things about the PFG is its free-form nature; furs are welcome to hang out and do their own thing, be it sitting down and drawing artwork, chatting and socialising or strutting around in furry gear! We do, however, have a few set activities throughout the day:

• Group Photo!
  Don your furry gear, fursuits, etc and appear in a photo of the biggest group of furries in WA.
• Sausage Sizzle!
  A free lunch for both carnivores and herbivores.
• Door Prizes!
  Everyone present at the time of the draw (after the group photo) is eligible to win a number of nifty prizes.
• Art Contest!
  Bring your sketchbooks and drawing implements, then submit a picture to be put up on display. Votes will be cast and a winner will be drawn.
• Inflatable Toy Relay Race!
  Come and join the maddness as two teams of furries go head-to-head in a race to carry huge inflatable animals across the oval.
• Nintendo DS Gaming!
  Have a DS? Bring it along and join in the multiplayer fun.
• Dance Hour!
  Tap your paws and swing your tail along to a playlist of furry music.

In addition to the gathering itself, there are some before & after events. These are a great way to introduce yourself to the Perthfur community!

Herbivore's Dinner
On the night before the PFG. Usually takes the form of a meal at a vegetarian restaurant; however carnivores are welcome too!

Carnivore's Picnic
Wind down from the PFG in relaxed surroundings as we host a picnic in the park after the PFG.
